Why design

I entered the field of design because of my alarm clock.

I was 12 years old.

I found myself holding the “set” button, while clicking the “time” button hundreds of times, always going one minute over.

I said, “when I grow up, I’m gonna make stuff better.”

And I’ve been trying to do that ever since.

My name is Gabriel Prero. I like fixing things. I like making things. I like solving problems. I like making things better.

I’m a Design + Physical Product Development leader (and Industrial Designer) with a particular passion for building great teams, developing great products, and creating the systems that help people do their best work. I love helping companies build, scale, and improve their design and product development capabilities—and making sure those capabilities evolve with the needs of the business.
